Procedure of Account Opening:

a. The person seeking to open an account with Dayco can contact any office of the company. He/she can fill the Account Opening Enquiry electronically for such request.

b. Physical sets of forms are delivered against stationary and stamp paper cost. Alternatively the forms can be downloaded from our website free of cost and stamp papers can be attached wherever necessary.

c. Account Opening Forms duly filled in and signed, alongwith all necessary documents as per the Checklist can be handed over to any office. The applicant can also contact any office for collection of the forms from the applicant.

d. Application forms including all supporting documents (as per the check list) are checked and verified with original at HO or at Branch offices by authorised employee/by our visiting officer.

e. In person verification of the applicant(s) are done by an employee.

f. On processing of the application forms any objection, if found, is intimated to the applicant(s). The forms are processed further only after rectification of the objections.

g. Applications are sent to the Director for necessary approval.

h. Data entry in the DPM software is done through two-step verification to ensure correctness.

i. The Account is activated through final verification and release.

j. A Welcome Sms is send to the Account Holder’s mobile. A Welcome set with Client Master is despatched to the address provided.

N.B. Any application does not ensure opening of account with Dayco. The Account opening of a person(s) are solely on discretion of the management.
